Welcome WSU instructors interested in sexuality and gender issues in the writing classroom!

To start off our faculty inquiry group we will discuss Michael Warner's "Queer and Then: The End of Queer Theory?" as well as Alexander and Rhodes' "Queer: An Impossible Subject for Composition."

Faculty inquiry projects like ours typically start with a reading and then write about and discuss ways to apply it to our classrooms.  So what are your questions about your teaching practice?  What are your questions about the impossibility of "queer" in composition?  About the end of queer theory?  What do you want to do or try with these ideas?
